Mark H. Young, J.D., MBA, SPHR: Mr. Young is the Founder of myHRcounsel, providing on-call and online HR and employment compliance counsel to myHRcounsel’s clients. myHRcounsel™ combines technology with employment law experts to deliver on-demand answers to the many challenging human resource issues that businesses encounter on a daily basis. With experienced employment lawyers focused on the myriad of federal, state and municipal regulations that are ever-changing, myHRcounsel’s unique “flat fee” model aligns its work product with their client’s best interest (providing clear, concise, rapid answers at a known, reasonable cost).
Prior to Founding myHRcounsel, Mark served as the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel of Avionte, LLC, a full service staffing software company, as General Counsel and Chairman of the Board of MentorMate, LLC, a web and mobile application development services company and Chief Financial Officer and GC of PDI Korn Ferry.
