Line-X Franchisees Chapter of the AAFD announce mass exit on allegations of unacceptable material system changes

We are linking a recent article from Franchise Times regarding the long building decision of our Line-X franchisees’ chapter of the AAFD to exit the Line-X system en masse. Line-X has announced major modifications to their franchise system and has refused to negotiate with the Independent Association of Line-X Franchisees (IALXF), an AAFD chapter. There is a brewing battle over the validity and enforceability of the noncompetition clause in the Line-X franchise agreement. The IALXF is represented by long time Franchisee LegaLinesm member attorney Michael Einbinder.
