Misty Chally, Founder of the Critical Labor Coalition (CLC), will present data on the labor shortage and its impact on small business owners and franchisees. She will also outline the steps the CLC is taking to address this issue in Washington.  Furthermore, Veronica Cunningham, the Executive Director and CEO of the American Probation and Parole Association, will highlight another group of eligible workers who are often disregarded due to a blemish on their past. There are various solutions to one of our nation’s most significant problems, but we must start looking at implementing them instead of being afraid of them.
