Microtel is franchised by US Franchise Systems (USFS), the first hotel company to receive the AAFD’s Fair Franchising Seal. USFS is one of the nation’s fastest growing hospitality systems, in part due to its reputation for treating franchisees with fairness and respect. The company’s fair franchise agreement reflects that philosophy, and is fast becoming the model for the license agreement of the future.

USFS received a 98% endorsement of its franchisees and is proud to have been honored with this distinguished Seal.
