Misty Chally, CEO of Capitol Solutions, LLC since April 2022, leads the Critical Labor Coalition (CLC), aiming to address the nation’s labor shortage. Comprised of trade associations and nonprofits, CLC supports legislative changes. Chally also represents NFA, FBS, and CFA in D.C., advocating on tax, health care, and labor. With a background in state government relations and political affairs, Chally brings over 25 years of experience and her roles include managing PACs, government relations, and advocating for small-business owners at federal and state levels.
