Privacy Statement: The AAFD maintains a policy of nondisclosure of member lists or member information. AAFD Branded Program partners are given access to our membership list for purposes of marketing AAFD Branded programs. In rare instances, our Board of Trustees may authorize disclosure of our membership for a specific purpose which in the opinion of the Board will provide significant value. The American Association of Franchisees & Dealers respects the privacy rights of our online visitors and recognizes the importance of protecting the information collected about you. We have adopted an Online Privacy Policy that guides how we collect, store and use the information you provide.
What information is collected?
The American Association of Franchisees & Dealers only collects personal information from our online visitors on a voluntary basis and only during (1) membership registration, (2) support and discussion forum registration and (3) registration for special event participation. We do not require this information to obtain access to every area of our website; however, you will not be able to access areas that require registration.
Visitors purchasing goods and services through our online store will need to provide a valid credit card number and expiration date, in addition to name, mailing address, phone number and e-mail address.

We will only collect personally identifiable information to the extent deemed reasonably necessary to serve our legitimate business purposes, and we will maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the information you have provided. Certain areas of our site use cookies to keep track of your shopping cart and make sure you don’t see the same content repeatedly. - All member information is for the sole use of The American Association of Franchisees & Dealers.
- We strongly respect our members’ privacy on the Internet, and suggest that all members and visitors make sure that before you purchase goods or submit information to a site, that the site has a privacy statement.
