The AAFD has made the difficult but necessary decision to postpone our 30th Anniversary Franchisee Leadership Summit. We are working with our conference hotel to set new dates and we are focused on moving our long planned and delayed in person meeting to mid-September.
We have recognized these are difficult times for many of your businesses, including many reported staffing challenges and increased travel costs. We have found our host hotel is also experiencing significant staffing issues that we fear would negatively impact our 30th Anniversary celebration. Our concerns were recently reinforced by conversations between our lead sponsor, Zarco, Einhorn, Salkowski and Brito, and hotel management that have confirmed our fears that mounting staffing challenges would severely limit the venue’s ability to support our event properly and effectively.
We realize this short notice is not ideal for many members who have looked forward to this special event, as has the AAFD, but feel it is the best decision in support of providing our delegates, attendees and sponsors the most valuable experience in support of your franchise success, and to deliver our goal of maximum attendance at our most empowering Franchisee Leadership Summit ever!
