Existing Franchisee Chapters Have Also Seen a Growth
PALM DESERT, AUGUST 22, 2022 – The American Association of Franchisees and Dealers (AAFD) announced today the formation of four new independent franchisee associations being organized as chapters of the AAFD. The four new chapters represent franchisees from: LINE-X, Snapology, 2inspire (including two brands), and Custom Fundraising Solutions. Additionally, the AAFD’s Cell Phone Repair and BrightStar Care chapters have reported surging growth since the beginning of 2022.
“We are incredibly excited to welcome four new chapters under the AAFD’s tent of Total Quality Franchising,” said Robert Purvin, chairman of the AAFD. “The creation of each new chapter shows the increased interest from franchisees to leverage their unified voice for a more collaborative business relationship with their franchisor.”
The continuous interest by franchisees to create independent associations and grow its membership such as Cell Phone Repair and BrightStar Care has helped sustain AAFD’s estimated 20 percent annual growth rate for the past five years.
“Franchisees continue to see the value of what the AAFD can do in creating a cooperative foundation with franchisors,” said Rich Stroiney, executive director and chief operating officer. “We help both see the value of working together for the benefit of the franchise system and local communities.”
