The American Association of Franchisees and Dealers (AAFD) is proud to announce that Robert M. Einhorn of Zarco Einhorn Salkowski P.A., has been named the 2025 recipient of the AAFD’s Total Quality Franchising (TQF) Lifetime Achievement in the promotion of Total Quality Franchising® Award.

Einhorn will receive AAFD’s highest individual honor in recognition of his lifetime commitment to fostering collaborative relationships in franchising. He will be celebrated during the TQF Awards Reception on Monday, October 27th, as part of the AAFD’s Annual Franchisee Leadership Summit, October 27–29, at the Hilton Washington DC Capitol Hill.

“Bob Einhorn has steadily built his own bona fides as a leader and influencer in franchising, and especially the franchise law community,” said Robert Purvin, Chairman Emeritus and Trustee of the AAFD. “With an impressive resume of advocacy, authorship, teaching, and leadership roles in the American Bar Association Franchise Forum, Bob is most deserving of the AAFD’s recognition as our Lifetime Achievement in the promotion of Total Quality Franchising® Award recipient for 2025.”

Throughout his distinguished career, Einhorn has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers, and Chambers USA in the area of franchise law. He is listed among the Very Best U.S. Attorneys and the Legal Eagles Hall of Fame in Franchising by Franchise Times. He also holds the highest pre-eminent peer review rating for legal ability and ethical standards from Martindale-Hubbell. In 2023, Einhorn received one of the Top 50 Bench Awards in the United States.

Einhorn expressed gratitude for the recognition, stating: “the AAFD is the strongest franchise focused trade organization in the country. It has been devoted to supporting the interests of franchisees and fair franchising for several decades and I have been a proud supporter of the organization throughout my career. To be recognized by the AAFD for this great honor represents one of the proudest moments in my career as a franchise lawyer.”
