Lucila Garcia is a highly accomplished communications strategist and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the field. As the founder and owner of Outcome Communications, she has established herself as an expert in results-focused campaigns, specializing in providing mission-driven companies with comprehensive counsel to achieve their desired goals.

Lucila is a proven leader who empowers her team with empathy and clear direction. Her work has included successful campaigns in a variety of areas, including political campaigns, health and education legislations, environmental policies, corporate initiatives, small business advocacy, and technology launches.

Based in California, Lucila has developed strong relationships with statewide and national advocacy groups and leaders by creating innovative strategic plans and delivering stellar media relations and digital communication campaigns that have driven public policy and legislative change. Lucila has also worked for congressional candidates to execute full communication strategies. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and uses her bilingual and bicultural background to develop and guide messaging for clients, particularly in influencing Latino constituents and legislators.

Before founding Outcome Communications, Lucila worked for boutique agencies in their public affairs and public relations divisions to support programs targeting consumers, constituents, and businesses. She is actively involved in city boards and commissions and nonprofit groups and received her Bachelor of Arts from Loyola Marymount University.
