About the attorneys
Joel Rosen and Jim Shrimp have a passion for, and over 35 years of experience, with Franchise and Business Law. Joel spent 13 years as in-house counsel to two franchise systems and 18 years in private practice representing franchisors and franchisees. Jim Shrimp has over 15 years of experience counseling and representing businesses in employment and franchise issues.
