Legislative Activity in 2026

Much like 2025, the upcoming year is already proving to be critical for franchisee rights advocacy. With newly introduced bills and holdovers from the first Congressional session, AAFD’s momentum must not falter. Our primary focus remains empowering franchisees through targeted legislative support.
